I love what I do.
There are not many careers where you get to stand in front of nearly 700 people and speak about failure, focus, flow, and fulfillment while creating moments of laughter, surprise, and genuine connection.
Events like this are powerful reminders that speaking is about so much more than delivering information.

I’m incredibly grateful for the opportunity to share this message with the National Safety Council, Nebraska Chapter and remind people that the moments we often fear most, especially failure, can become the foundation for growth, leadership, and meaningful change.
