THIS IS A

HERO'S

JOURNEY,

NOT THERAPY

Let me say this clearly. I believe everything you have been through has meaning, not in a mystical fortune-cookie way, but in a structural way. Your life has patterns, themes, recurring symbols, breaking points, and turning points. You are not a diagnosis. You are a narrative. This is not therapy. This is authorship.

You are not fixing yourself. You are forging yourself. It is not selfish to get better, it is responsible. When you improve yourself, you increase your ripple. And if you are going to throw a stone into the lake of the world, throw the biggest one you can carry. Strength is not ego. It is capacity.

I believe deeply in the power of metaphor because metaphor bypasses resistance. If you have been pulled back to your breaking point, good. You are a rubber band. When tension builds and you release with direction, you travel further than you imagined. If you feel lost in a maze, you are not lost. You are moving toward the center. Along the way, you will notice patterns, synchronicities, conversations that land differently, and symbols that repeat. I will teach you how to see them, not magically, but structurally. When you understand symbolism, hierarchy, and narrative structure, the world stops feeling random and starts feeling navigable.

I have done the work. I have been in unhealthy relationships. I was a ward of the state as a child. I spent parts of my childhood and early adulthood sleeping in unfinished basements, spent long stretches alone doing internal excavation. I have studied Joseph Campbell and the Hero’s Journey, Western philosophy and religions, Eastern philosophy, Taoism, Buddhism, atheism, symbolism, a lot of-'isms.'

This is not theoretical for me. It is core.

Therapy stabilizes. This builds. Therapy can help you survive. Coaching with me helps you construct. You are not here to endlessly process the parts of your life that some "dragon" has destryoed. You are here to face the challenge, cross the threshold, descend into the cave, and return with something useful. That is Campbell. That is myth. That is structure. And it applies whether you are an executive, an artist, a parent, or a student.

I have done the work, and I expect you to do the work. Not perfectly, consistently. You must be open-minded. You must be willing to challenge your assumptions. You must be ready to stop romanticizing your suffering and start extracting lessons from it. I will hold you accountable, not because I enjoy pressure, but because growth requires it.

Every serious growth process feels like a maze. Confusing at first. Uncomfortable. Then patterns start appearing. You recognize repetition. You see where you freeze, retreat, and sabotage. And then you begin responding instead of reacting. That is when your nervous system aligns. That is when identity shifts. That is when you stop being dragged by your past and start directing your future.

This is not for people who want comfort without change. This is for people who want strength with structure. Your story is not an accident. Your struggles are not random. Your breaking points are not disqualifications. They are tension. And tension, when directed properly, launches you further.

If that resonates, we can work.
If you prefer excuses to effort, we will not.

And that is perfectly fine.
