Why I Love Being a Comedy Hypnotist for Post-Proms (and Why Students Need This More Than Ever)

Every spring, I get to do something amazing: travel across Kansas, Iowa, and Nebraska bringing laughter, energy, and inspiration to high school students with my Comedy Hypnosis Experience.

It’s the perfect blend of entertainment and empowerment. One minute, students are laughing as their friends believe they’re stuck to a chair or dancing in a boy band. The next, they’re learning about the power of the mind, overcoming failure, and discovering how to get focused, ride the flow state, and find fulfillment.

Who knew that signing up for an education class years ago would lead me to becoming a motivational speaker for students—and a guy who hypnotizes people for a living?

These shows aren’t just funny (though they’re hilarious)—they’re meaningful. I get to show students that failure isn’t the end, it’s the beginning. That focus is a skill. That the mind is way more powerful than most people realize. And that yes, sometimes finding your path includes pretending you're a twerking walrus in front of your entire graduating class.
