A day in the life of being amazing...
I'm still reeling from the #amazing experience I had performing my comedy magic show in Omaha, Nebraska this past Saturday.
It was a truly fun shared experience, with a lot of laughs, some MAGIC and more than one mistake on my part!
Challenges like that provide the path to energy that makes me love what I do.
One of the most memorable parts of the show was working with a volunteer named Angela. She was an absolute delight, and her wit and humor added an extra layer of entertainment to the show (consider the joke about the monk stolen).
It's volunteers like her that make me grateful for the opportunity to share my magic with others.
While I tried the voicemail trick in the show, I don't think I will be repeating it, instead I am focusing on magic with everyday objects and some mind reading. To me there's something special about taking objects that are mundane and ordinary, and using them to create moments of wonder and magic.
It's not just about the tricks, it's about creating a shared experience that inspires people to believe in something greater than themselves.
What made this show even more special was the inspirational aspect of it. I'm grateful for the opportunity to bring joy and wonder to people's lives, and to inspire them to dream big and believe in the impossible. It's not just about the tricks, it's about making a positive impact on people's lives.
All in all, it was an incredibly-amazing show, and I feel so lucky to have been a part of it.
